Herbal or Botanical supplements are powerful plant substances that trigger changes, adaptations, and repair in the cellular structure, safely and without complications. You will receive the very best in quality vitamins and herbal supplements.

Energy Therapies

Energy Therapies are available such as Reiki, Crystal and Chakra Balancing, and Color Therapy. These methods utilize the energy that flows through and around all of us to help restore balance and health. An energy balancing session will be customized according to your personal needs.

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a Japanese term usually translated as "Universal Life Force". This form of hands-on healing can ease pain, promote relaxation, and provides a general sense of well-being.

Crystal Balancing

Crystals have been used throughout history for healing. Crystals work with the human energy field and can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body. Working with crystalline energy helps the body to find it's natural rhythm.

Color Therapy

The body is color coded by frequency, as demonstrated in the Chakras. Colors vibrate at different frequencies as do the related organs and glands governed by that frequency. Color Therapy is a technique of restoring balance by means of applying color to the body.

Nutritional Balancing Program | $270.00

Includes a customized written profile that will address your specific health challenges and goals, along with dietary, nutritional, and lifestyle suggestions for overall health improvement. Unlimited phone/e-mail support during the program is also included.

-Initial Consultation | 1 hour

Including: symptomatology, food intake analysis, vital data, and pH levels

-Profile Report (30+ pg. Custom report) | 1/2 hour

-2 week Follow-up Consult | 1/2 hour

-4 or 6 week Follow-up Consult | 1/2 hour

-Additional Follow-up visits regarding the same issue, if required are available at the rate of $65/hr, when scheduled at the time of the 4-6 week office visit.

-Food Allergy Testing available for an additional fee.

While it is strongly recommended that anyone with health challenges or serious wellness goals invest in themselves by becoming a client, this option is offered for those interested in a second opinion or just some expert nutritional and herbal guidance on a specific known health challenge.

Foot Reflexology with pure essential oils

Complete Shamanic Sessions with Sound Healing | $120 for 1.5 hours

This session includes all modalities above and is with Valarie AND Ian Haag. Ian is a Reiki Master/Teacher as well, and brings with him a background in Sound and Shamanic healing. He works with tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and Native American flutes. He is also a crystal healer, and the two of us merge our healing gifts together to bring you an in depth intuitive session. This session is available on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
